Jeffrey Feulner charged me $300.00 consultation fee then told me that $2,500.00 would get me through the hearing and for $2,500.00 he would help me get custody of my children, add it up, $5,300.00 that I paid him, I would not have gave him that much money if he had told me that there was no chance of getting the restraining order or custody of my kids! Six days after he lost the hearing my x-wife’s boyfriend tackled my son so hard it knocked the breath out of him and injury to his foot!

When the Department of Children’s and Families case worker said that when (my x-wife’s boyfriend) grabbed my son (who at the time was seven years old) by the throat slamming him on his bed sounded like discipline, Jeffrey Feulner never said one word never objected, didn’t ask her if that was D.C.F. policy, nothing, what kind of representation is that for $3,500.00
Jeffrey Feulner also told me that the subpoenas were going to cost $50.00 for each one but when I got the bill he was charging me $60.00 instead. Just one more unethical practice that he does, lying to get you to say YES then changing the price after the fact, If you want to read the whole complaint that I have SEARCH GOOGLE FOR RIP OFF REPORT MENS DIVORCE LAW FIRM. Disgruntled LOL! He didn’t represent me in my best interest. If he did he wouldn’t of offered me money back to delete my comments
That’s just another lie in the long list of lies I was told. He told me that $2,500.00 would get me through the hearing then two days before the hearing his office called me and said he wanted $1,500.00 more or he would not go to the hearing to represent me, I asked them before I give him more money I wanted to know what were the chances on the getting the protection for my son and his office told me he felt that their was a 90% chance of getting the restraining order made permanent.
It is very disheartening to see disgruntled clients make such negative comments after you work diligently and professionally for him. This is especially true when the client does not follow your advice and continues forward with a cause of action you tell him he is likely to lose on, and he replies “I can’t just sit back and do nothing.” A lawyer does not lose a case, the facts and law determine the outcome. Some clients choose to bet on a miracle in spite of our warnings, and then lose.
BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!
He is one of those lawyers that has a clever marketing scheme that lures men in to his business, he is a very inexperience lawyer and in my case he lost pathetically, do not waste your money on Jeffery Feulner unless you want to spend a lot of money and get nothing in return.
BEWARE OF THIS RIP OFF ARTIST!!!
